Parties are available on Saturday & Sunday mornings during school term time, and ‘after school’ during the week. During school holidays or for other times, please contact the cinema. No Parties will take place during the duration of our December Pantomine.
The person who makes the booking agrees that they are fully responsible for all persons attending, including the behaviour of children on the day.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the requested date. The price will be confirmed at time of booking.
Payment can be made in cinema or over the phone with a bank card. The remaining balance must be paid on the day.
Parkway are unable to admit any persons in to the building before the start time of the party, even in poor weather conditions.
The price includes up to 20 people in total, inclusive of all children & adults.
Additional guests will be charged at £3.50 per person which includes a popcorn and soft drink.
If there are likely to be more than 40 people in total please let us know at the time of booking.
Additional payment will be taken at the time of paying the final balance as a single sum.
We are unable to charge individuals on the day.
Parkway offer discounted food & drink packages that must be ordered at the time of booking, please ask for further information. The food & drink offering can also be open for your event, but Parkway will require advance notice of this at least 7 days prior. We will also offer a 15% discount on all food and drink purchased during the party, excluding alcohol.
If photos or a video is to be shown on the foyer TV's or big screen before the film, you must provide them on a USB stick to the cinema at least 7 days prior to the event. This allows us to convert them to the format required for our projectors and confirm everything is working well in advance of the day.
Films are subject to availability. If you are bringing your own film, Parkway insist it is on a BluRay and not a DVD for quality reasons.
Parkway requires possession of the BluRay at least 7 days prior to the party for testing purposes. Parkway reserve the right to refuse to show a BluRay if it is of an unsavoury or unsuitable nature in the opinion of the manager. The management's decision is final.
Normal film classification rules apply for anything shown on our screen.
