If you are a member of our loyalty scheme we require you to give us your name, date of birth, gender, email address and a password. You can optionally give us your postcode, phone number and your favourite genre of film. These additional pieces of information are used to help to enhance your experience when using the website.
If you are a paid member we also store a passport style photograph of yourself for staff to identify you when using your benefits in cinema.
If you are not a member and want to make a booking, we will still require a booking name and optionally a phone number. This phone number is only used to get in contact with you if there is a problem with the booking or the show. We also require an email address to send the tickets to.

If you are a paid member, we use the photo you provided on signup to check your identity when using your member benefits. This is done by the retrieval of your photo on our till systems when your member card or ticket is scanned.
Your data is stored on our secure servers at our cinemas and on our web server in a UK based secure datacentre. Your data will never leave the UK.
Your member data will be stored for the period of your membership with us. Once this time period has expired we will delete your data within 14 days.
If you wish for us to delete your data before your membership has expired, you can send us a request to do this via our "Contact Us" page in the footer of the website.
If you opt in, Parkway Entertainment Company Limited will send you information about our products and services in the form of marketing emails, based on your preferences.
