Birthday Party Terms & Conditions

The person who makes the booking (the "booker") understands that they are fully responsible for everyone attending. This includes the behaviour of all guests on the day.

Any damage caused by any of the guests within the cinema will be the responsibility of the booker.

The price of £160 includes up to 30 people in total (this includes both adults & children together). Additional people may be admitted at £10 per person.

A £60.00 non-refundable deposit will secure the date. The remaining £100.00 must be paid before the film starts.

Should you wish to bring a cake, we insist that you do not use real candles.

Pictures (high resolution, minimum of 5) must be brought on USB stick or emailed at least 3 days prior to the date of the party to allow for checking and preparation for the on-screen welcome

Normal film classification rules apply for anything shown on our screen.
